Who watches the kids during interviews? after 6 years as a retail manager

I have 6 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am willing to trade favours. Is there an emergency option?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
