Who watches the kids during interviews? after 5 years as a pharmacy technician

I have 5 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long.

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
