Who watches the kids during interviews? after 5 years as a paralegal

I have 5 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 22 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
