Who watches the kids during interviews? after 16 years as a forklift operator

My hours will change when I find a job and childcare is my biggest worry. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A neighbour offered help but not every day.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 13 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
