Who watches the kids during interviews? after 15 years as a bookkeeper

I have 15 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I am in Detroit, in case local advice matters. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 18 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
