Who watches the kids during interviews? after 13 years as a warehouse supervisor

I have 13 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
