Who watches the kids during interviews? after 13 years as a barista

I have 13 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I am in Baltimore, in case local advice matters. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
