Who watches the kids during interviews? after 11 years as an insurance claims processor

I have 11 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
