Who watches the kids during interviews? after 11 years as a software tester

I have 11 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
