Who watches the kids during interviews? after 10 years as a project coordinator

My hours will change when I find a job and childcare is my biggest worry. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
