Who watches the kids during interviews?, accountant here

I have 17 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 19 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
