Who watches the kids during interviews?

I have 5 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am willing to trade favours. What worked for you?

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
