Who watches the kids during interviews? - 9 months and counting

I have 8 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. What worked for you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
