Who watches the kids during interviews?

I have 7 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. It has been a long 7 weeks. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 7 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
