Who watches the kids during interviews? - 8 months and counting

I have 17 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A neighbour offered help but not every day.

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 2 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
