Who watches the kids during interviews? - 24 weeks in

I have 15 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. It has been a long 24 weeks. A neighbour offered help but not every day. Is there an emergency option?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
