Who watches the kids during interviews? - 17 weeks in

I have 13 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. It has been a long 17 weeks. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
