My hours will change when I find a job and childcare is my biggest worry. Any experience at all would help. I am willing to trade favours. What worked for you?

Our county's childcare assistance took about 14 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.

Ask the school about after-school programmes. Some are free or based on income.
