Who watches the kids during interviews? - 11 months and counting

I have 5 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.

Our county's childcare assistance took about 25 weeks to approve, but it covered most of the cost.
