I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. I do not want to pay for premium features.

A simple spreadsheet with company, date, contact and next step was all I needed.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
