Which free résumé tools do you trust? - what worked for you?

I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
