Which free résumé tools do you trust? - what worked for you?

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want reminders to follow up.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
