I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. What do you use?

Set a weekly follow-up reminder on your phone. It is free and effective.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
