Which free résumé tools do you trust?, security officer here

I am tracking my applications in a notebook and want something better. Any experience at all would help. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Any good templates?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
