Which free résumé tools do you trust?, office manager here

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Are there tools to avoid?

Your library may offer free access to paid learning and résumé services. Mine did.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
