Which free résumé tools do you trust? (Chicago)

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. I worked as a home health aide before this. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
