Which free résumé tools do you trust? - any advice?

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to pay for premium features. Are there tools to avoid?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
