I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. What do you use?

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
