I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. What do you use?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
