Which free résumé tools do you trust? after 17 years as a store manager

I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. It has been weighing on me all week. I want reminders to follow up. Are there tools to avoid?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
