Which free résumé tools do you trust? after 16 years as a logistics coordinator

I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. It has been a long 12 weeks. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Are there tools to avoid?

A simple spreadsheet with company, date, contact and next step was all I needed.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
