Which free résumé tools do you trust? after 16 years as a customer-service rep

I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
