Which free résumé tools do you trust? after 15 years as an operations analyst

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Are there tools to avoid?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
