Which free résumé tools do you trust? after 13 years as an insurance claims processor

I am tracking my applications in a notebook and want something better. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I want reminders to follow up.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
