Which free résumé tools do you trust? - 8 months and counting

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want reminders to follow up. Are there tools to avoid?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
