Which free résumé tools do you trust? - 6 months and counting

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. It has been a long 3 weeks. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Any good templates?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
