I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want reminders to follow up. Are there tools to avoid?

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
