Which free résumé tools do you trust? - 13 months and counting

I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. It has been a long 21 weeks. I want reminders to follow up. Are there tools to avoid?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
