Which free résumé tools do you trust? - 10 months and counting

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. Any experience at all would help. I want reminders to follow up. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
