What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - what worked for you?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Tucson, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
