What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
