What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a medical assistant I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
