What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
