What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
