What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
