What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as an operations analyst I have no real structure. I worked as an operations analyst before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
