What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a home health aide I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
