What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
