What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, welding apprentice here

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
