I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
